Around the town
El Nido is a small town. You can explore the entire town within the day. Restaurants and bars are most located in Zone 3 – Barangay Masagana and along the coastline of Barangay Buena Suerte. Public market is located 5 minutes away via motorbike.
The scooters are perfect to go around El Nido town and to follow the main roads, while the semi-automatic and manual motorbikes also allow you to drive off-road. Because many roads in Palawan are not made of concrete, renting a motocross can be a good idea!
Nacpan Beach
Nacpan Beach is another must-visit in El Nido. It is located 45-minutes away from El Nido town proper. The road to Nacpan is concrete except for the last part where you had to go through a small street entering Nacpan. On the way to Nacpan, you can actually pass the waterfall – Nagkalit kalit waterfalls. Reaching Nacpan is well worth the drive. The beach offers a perfect place for relaxation. Various stores and restos offered beers, fresh coconut juice, fresh mangoes and fruit shakes.
Las Cabanas Beach/ Corong Corong Beach
Las Cabanas is a favorite spot to relax and chill while watching sunset. Getting there only takes about 15 minutes away via motorbike. The road is concrete but has few ups and downs on the way.
